Workshop

Been busy getting a workshop together since the exhibition.  It's pretty much up to speed now, bar a few big ticket items like rollers.  It's even pretty warm now that we've added some insulation.

    Hey Justin, love your Jewellery, I just finished the intro to jewellery night course at NMIT, and look forward to doing the full time course next year.

    Lynda Grange at NMIT mentioned your name in an email, and I googled you.

    we might be on the same wavelength as I made a robot and UFO during the course!

    Love to have a look at your workshop some time to get some ideas for setting up mine - up till this point I have been making sculptures out of odds and ends..

I am a jeweller from Melbourne who graduated with an Advanced Diploma of Jewellery Technology at NMIT in 2009. I construct tactile pieces that entice the wearer into playful interactions. Drawing inspiration from a childhood filled with origami, science fiction, puzzles and vintage toys, I use both precious metals and contemporary materials to make my creations. I relish technical challenges and treat the act of making as a puzzle in itself, finding the best design solution to produce objects that are entertaining and functional.
